Book nowThe day starts around nine with a solid breakfast, with plenty of options, including vegan. Coffee, sunshine, and a bit of anticipation for the waves ahead.
By around ten, we head to the beach. Amado is our main spot, but we always choose the beach that works best that day. As locals, we check the conditions and go where it makes the most sense for your level.
At the beach, we sort you out with your board and wetsuit and split into groups by ability. Whether you are a complete beginner or already progressing, you will surf with people at a similar level. Expect clear instructions, plenty of time in the water, and real feedback that helps you improve.
After the first session, there is a proper break. Time to rest, eat something, hang out on the sand, or just enjoy being by the ocean.
Refreshed and ready, we head back into the water for the second session. In total, you get around three hours of coached surf time each day, enough to push your progress without feeling exhausted.
After surfing, we often stay a little longer, sitting on the beach or at a nearby bar, watching the waves and winding down. Back at camp in the early evening, you can cook together in the kitchen, head out for dinner, or join the weekly barbecue night.
Start the day right with a spread of healthy options to fuel you for the waves ahead. We keep it nourishing and varied, the kind of desayuno that gives you energy.
After breakfast, we load up and head to the surf spot of the day, usually Amado Beach, though we always follow the conditions to make sure you’re getting the best waves possible. Once there, we split into groups based on surf level, so whether you’ve never stood on a board or you’re looking to refine your technique, you’ll be right where you need to be.
We run two sessions across the day with a midday break for food, plenty options at the beach bars nearby or bring your own and eat with your feet in the sand. In total, you’ll have around three hours in the water each day.
After the second session, we hang around the beach with drinks in hand, watching the sun dip toward the horizon. It’s one of those simple things that makes the whole day feel complete.
Nights are yours to enjoy. Cook something up at the house, or stroll into Sagres, just minutes away, and explore the local restaurants. And once a week, we host a big BBQ nigh: Good food, good people, good vibes.
